Great service, parts and accessories. Every time I take my bike there the work is preformed correctly and at the price estimated to me. I purchased my bike from them and everyone I purchase from now on.

I've bought three bikes at Fort Worth Harley and never have had a bad experience I will be buying my next one there as well.

This is the only Harley dealership I trust to service my bike. Any time I have it in service they check the bike all over not just for what I am requiring. While riding I ran over a nail and my tire went flat. It was 15 minutes before closing time when I called Fort Worth Harley. The service department sent a truck out to pick up my bike, took it back to the dealership and put on a new tire so I could be on my way.

I'll go to a different HD dealer for service work next time. I made a 9 a.m. appointment for relatively minor work that I didn't have the tools/knowledge to do myself. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take about 1 1/2 hours and I was welcome to relax/wait. At 11 a.m. I checked and they had just put my bike on the lift. Another two hours goes by before I was finally on my way home. grrrr If they overbook or are short handed, the absolute least they could do is let you know about the extended wait time so you can make a decision on whether to hang out or leave and get your other errands completed. My time is valuable too and they apparently don't recognize that. I should have taken my bike out of there at 11 a.m. when I saw that they were already 2 hours behind schedule. So much for being first in line AND with an appointment. I'll give them two stars because the ladies in apparel were very helpful when I was looking for shirts for the grandkids.

Very disappointed. My first ever purchase of a Harley, my last ever at Fort Worth Harley Davidson. Salesman was inexperienced, after credit approval and submission of p/w it took 5 hours to finalize deal due to salesman listing wrong bike on p/w I take responsibility for allowing FWHD to take advantage of me, take advantage they did Paid 18k for a 07 Ultra Classic w/ 25k miles, had over spray of white spray paint on body that I did not notice till I got it home out of bright sunlight Even though I paid top dollar the dealership refused to throw anything in to sweeten the deal. I have a son and 6 other of his buddies that bought Harley's from other dealerships around the country all of the guys are very proud of their experience w/their dealers I can not say anything good about my experience I did not go to the meet and greet at FWHD, haven't been back Maybe it was because I was a first time buyer I would think that that would be reason enough to make certain that my exp was exceptional
