I was quoted $5380 for a new heat and a/c system , 410a , 16 sear condenser/coil and heat pump . This was the quote for everything including install . They came out and installed a 13 sear unit telling me it was the 16 sear , and still charge me the $5380 +tax , the receipt they installed the 16 sear . We only found out it was 13 sear when registering the unit for the warranty and the $1500 tax rebate for energy star . It took 3 men all day to install the 13 sear unit . After a few arguments with the manager and a threat to file a complaint with the BBB , they sent 1 man out to replace the units by himself , and after being here 6-10 Hrs. a day for 4 days it still doesn't work . Turns out , the man they sent out for the 2nd install has not installed anything in the last 6 years and has never worked with this brand of equipment . Now it's the weekend and still no heat or air ... They say that they will have it fixed on Monday ....



Oh yeah , during one of the phone conversations with the manager that gave us that quote , he admitted that he KNEW that the equipment he sent out here for them to install was smaller , less efficient and cheaper . I think the owner of this company should be checking the books a little closer to see how many people this manager has RIPPED OFF ! ! !



All but 1 person has been pleasant to work with and talk to , and that 1 is the manager .. He tried telling us it would be a couple thousand more to come out and replace what they had already installed , and who do you think is paying for it ? In a way , me and my family are since we haven't had heat for a week but also the 1 man they send out to do a 3 man job , as late as he has been working on my house this week , his family hasn't had any family time together and the manager (who's fault this really is ) has decided to take the food off the table of this young family and 3 children by Docking his pay .

I am done ranting for now , but i will let you know more after they show up Monday ...
