Im warning you now...Stay away from it... I should have known better than to take my car back a second time. The ONLY reason i did was because they failed to complete the work from the initial service and still had a part, that had already been paid for, that still needed to be replaced. The first day, I dropped my car off at 8am to have general oil change and alignment checked. Had a friend bring me back by around 11:30 and it was in the air with ALL the tires off... Did not receive a phone call from them. Finally around 4:30 I called to find out what the story was. They had called the insurance company to get permission to replace two front strut brackets (But didn't call ME)... I didn't get the car back until 7:30PM that evening and the work was not finished. They told me to bring it back at my convenience and they would install the other strut, would take about an hour and a half.



Today, dropped the car off at 9AM... Should only take an hour and a half right? Nope. No phone call. 3 hours later, I call, only to find out they had to have some guy drive from Dallas to get the part out of his LOCKER and it would be another hour and a half to two hours before the car was ready. Again, no phone call from them to me.



I'll tell you when they called though. 20 minutes later, after I'd gone on their website and dropped a complaint about their lousy service. THEN they managed to find a number and call and appologize (Too little, too late...)... All told, over the course of two trips to this firestone, they've had my car a total of 17 hours...



Stay away from it...You've been warned....
