I purchased a pre-owned Taurus 809 last year, and had what I thought were mechanical concerns about the bolt. I'm a female Army veteran with supply and armory service--I was familiar with standard issued 9mms, but never owned one personally. I was anxious when I entered, but felt at ease and more confident with my weapon by the time I left Mike's store. He took the time to dissuade any concerns I had by being honest, professional and customer friendly. No 'good ol' boy' jargon or mediocre customer service here---this man knows his craft of weaponry.
