Worst Customer Service EVER!
-Neglect Calls b/c the office girls are lazy
-Terrible Phone etiquette, the girls are rude and do not call back
-This business could be doing so much more in growth, but the employees are definitely hurting them. I would fire every one of them at this location and tell them to go get some experience and learn some manners in the work place
I called them 18 times in one day and they put me on hold for 25 mins, said they would call back in 15, and never did. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME.
