I have closed at many title companies in town but closing with this office was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone in this office was helpful, professional and 100% on top of their game. They made the entire process easy for me and my clients- even when we hit a few bumps in the road with the 3rd party lender; this title company even helped smooth that out! Having attorneys in office really turned out to be very beneficial!

I first closed with the Fidelity Higgins & Shurtz team a few years ago and I was overwhelmingly impressed. Sure-I have had "good" closings at other local offices but never have I had anyone title office so on top of things and so professional and friendly. Since that closing over 2 years ago, I send all my business to them and have had countless closings in the past years and every single time I experience the same fantastic experience for myself and my clients. Not to mention how available and willing the attorneys are to answer my questions and my clients questions. It is like they are part of my very own real estate team- they are always my "go to" for whatever is needed.
