I've been with this agency for about 6 years with both auto and home insurance. His staff has been very reliable, responsive, and even go the extra mile to make sure that I get the most from my benefits and discounts. Not sure what was going on in 2014 for the prior review to be so negative, but I've only had positive experiences with this agency. Windshield replaced, roof replaced, swapping cars - never had any trouble and always great service.

Buyer beware!



The level of customer service provided by the agent and his staff is very low...to the point of almost non-existent. Phone calls to the main number are almost always automatically routed to a call center so it makes it very difficult to ever talk to the agent or someone in the actual office.



If you are in need of an insurance estimate for adding a new car to your policy, be sure to have the VIN. They are unable to provide estimates without it. This makes it difficult if you want to see how much insurance will be on a car you would like to buy, but haven't purchased yet.



If you are in need of getting an insurance estimate for a new home you are purchasing our combining insurance policies from another company, don't expect anything to be done in a timely manner. Also, don't expect to receive a call from the actual agent or his staff.



Lastly, if you do have a policy with this agent and realize that want some level of customer service and decide to cancel your policy and switch to a different company all together, don't expect for your policy to be cancelled in a timely manner. Especially, don't expect a return phone call. They obviously don't won't to assist you in leaving! Even if you supply proof of other coverage with another company, they will delay in processing the cancellation and may even still charge you in the interim.



Because I was setup to have my monthly bill auto charged, they continued to bill me after the cancellation request. I am still trying to get two months of charges refunded and confirmation that my policy was actually cancelled as requested.
