My experience at fantastic sams was not only terrible but a waste of six hours. I came into this salon expecting to get exactly what i asked for. I was not only filled with disgust but anger when i got my hair dyed. I asked for platinum blonde with purple underneath, instead i got what i assume was supposed to be an ombre and or balayage. This ombre was boxy and patchy you could see where she had failed to dye pieces. What however angered me more was explaining to her how much i was disgusted by how i looked. She then had the audacity to tell me she did a great job. We then debated she asked me what i would like to do to fix it in a snide tone . She asked me if i just wanted to dye it back to regular color and charge me $100 in a Snyder tone . I found that absolutely ridiculous and redundant i have not only just spent 6 hours in the establishment but im going to be charged for them screwing up my hair. This was the worst customer service and dying job i have ever had.
