We did not purchase our Redwood from them but needed a warranty repair. I made an appointment a month out. When we got there they told us they won't plug it in, the fridge needs to be empty and that they won't even touch it for about 3 weeks. They take care of 'their' customers first. So what's the use in making an appointment. So I had to cancel hotel reservations and lost 1 nights cost. To top it off they guy had a snotty attitude from the moment we walked in. Terrible business ����

THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I was initially quoted $380 for repairs. When I went to pick my camper up they charged me $480. I asked why I didn't receive a courtesy call about the 25% increase from the original price quoted. The sales manager Robert Row became very aggressive and started insinuating that I was lying. Then he started telling me he could have up charged me on so many other things. So I could pay the $480 or pay the total with the increases. If you have to do business with this company make sure everything is on paper before you let the do anything to you camper. P.S the also put a 6" by 7" decal on my camper without my permission.
