Always an excellent service from Kimberly. Reception is courteous and professional as are the technicians. I've used some of the products available and really like them. The brow powder is one of my favorites.

Ashley is great!

Ashley is great! Very personable, and pays attention to details. She has reshaped my eyebrows like no one else ever has. I wouldn't change who does my waxing for anything. She is great!

will not go anywhere else to get waxed.

Love coming to european wax center, i recommend it to everyone i can. they are friendly, quick, and make me comfortable. will not go anywhere else to get waxed.

In August after going here for around a year, I was about to run out of my pre-paid waxes and was informed that in this month there allowing everyone to get the student wax pass, so it costs $124. I think. Well the unlimited is $488., so I went with the student pass for now thinking after the summer I’ll do the unlimited for a year and because they break it into 3 payments. So Ashley the Manager runs my card and hands me the recite, it’s for the total amount. I’m not happy and ask what happened and I’m then informed that if it’s under $150 that you have to pay the total amount. So ok fine!! So when I go back in a few days later I inquire to Ashley the Manager about changing the student into an unlimited since my first payment was already pretty much paid for. She says that would be fine, but later that day the entire amount is taken from me for the whole year. Not happy since Ashley and I discussed it be broken into two more payments. I called her and she said that’s not what the Owner was supposed to do, so she calls them and then calls me says it will be it will be put back, so little later that same day another amount is taken and then another, so we have been going back and forth for while finally it’s all fixed and it will all be put back like it was never there. By now my account has taken from my savings to cover it all and I have fees which I get the bank to remove after I tell them what happen. And the bank wanted me to file a complaint but I did not. 3 days later and the money isn’t put back, I go up there and speak with Ashley the Manager again, there’s nothing she can do , there showing on their end that it was put back. I even took her my bank statement and showed her, because she asked for it too. Ashley then tells me if I wouldn’t have changed it form the student pass this wouldn’t have happened. WOW!! Ok so to end this Ashley the manager is rude and won’t help you and seems like she just DOES NOT CARE!! The owners never once called me either and apologized and have never offered any comps. The money was put back 5 days later. I usually don’t write reviews even if there bad, but AFTER the second call I got yesterday I had to. Sorry it’s long, the girls there Are great!!! I’m moving to the Hurst location.

I got a call from the one in Alliance yesterday morning saying missed an appointment and they didn’t care why. But I apologized and apparently have missed one before but don’t remember. I actually think it was one of the appointments I moved to a different day and they forgot to cancel the other one, but She informs me that if I miss another one I will be in violation of there no show rule. So if you are a no show three times you can no longer make appointments and will have to be a walk in. I did not know about this rule. But that sounds fair, just wish I knew about it. They always seem to only tell you when you mess up and not tell you the rules beforehand. I really just think there picking on me because I had a problem with them in August, because I know other people that go there and they have missed several appointments and they have not received a call from them that there in violation. I had been going there a year before I decided to get the unlimited for two different areas, so I have paid a good amount of money to them and this is how I’m treated. Ashley the manager is who I have been dealing with and she just doesn’t seem to care, I also don’t think the owners care either. All the girls that I have seen there are awesome, Viviani is my favorite. I am switching to the one in Hurst to finish out my year; thank goodness we can do that. Also I’m teaching myself to wax and its pretty easy, I bought it all at Sally’s.
