Empower helps it's customers find the policy that is best for them. The Customer Service is very helpful with the billing and payment issues that may come up. The Claims Department does their best to help the customer understand the claims process, so that the claim is handled in a timely manor. When I have had to call in for something everyone is so friendly and eager to help,

I have read the negative reviews and absolutely disagree. I have had the best experience with Empower and would highly recommend them to others. From customer service to claims , they are top notch professionalism and fair. Too many times a company only receives negative reviews and no one is willing to step up and say something positive. Make time to commend a company for the job they do right so others can make an unbiased decision when choosing where to spend their hard earned money. Keep it local and support Texas business.

Worries customer service ever. my car been totally for 1 month. Can't get a hold of them. Never return phone calls. Just do not care. I would never recommend this insurance for my friend or family.

I had Empower Insurance for the past 8 months.Customer Service is hopeless .They intentionally put you on hold for 20-30 min after receiving the call . They have rude talking lady Beila. Her main job is to talk rude , cut calls.The service I received from them is horrible.I had tough time when trying to cancel the policy with them.To cancel the policy they charged $425 and then came down to $380 and then $252 without any reasons.I advice to be more cautious when having an insurance with this company.You are probably doing greatest sin in your life by doing business with them.

BAD SERVICE

I call the agent leave messages and never get a call back. I call agent again and v/mail is full I get transferred to another "covering agent" and I am put on hold for quit a while. If you have to file a claim then you better make sure that you have lots of time and that you don't expect this insurance company to give you courtesy and prompt insurance because you are going to get it. They can really change by providing so much better customer service.
