I was just calling to get prices and asking questions. The woman who answered the phone was very nice, very helpful, and very friendly. I was calling about flea dipping, she asked if they (my 3 dogs) were up to date on shots, I replied yes. She asked their breed (the price goes upon that). After giving the prices she asked about their overall health, I explained that I think my biggest dog (17pounds) I think has allergies, I told her that he just had his bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine, but sneezes when he goes out in the back yard. She told me it is completely safe to give my dog Benadryl and gave me the miligrams for his weight.

I followed up with calling other places to check their prices. I called back to make an appointment with this location, due to the price and the friendliness. The outside is not eye catching, but the staff is what caught me, and will keep me.
