I took my comforter there to b...

I took my comforter there to be dry cleaned. It came back with a pull in the thread, which caused a tear and the stuffing was in hard and in clumps. When I returned to the store, the manager would not even look at the comforter. Once she realized I was not happy with the service, she immediately began retreating to the back area. She said that they are not responsible for any damage to the items and that "it's always first time customers that come back to complain." She referred me to a sign which read, "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR", followed by a list of just about anything that could possibly go wrong with cleaning an article. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I took my belongings there!! DO NOT go there!

I called this company to see what the cost of dry cleaning a womens' dress would be. The man that answered the phone did not understand me or English so he passed the phone to a female worker .. I asked her the same question and she asked if I was a customer I told her not yet I needed a price quote she said ok how can I help you what are needing to check on something we have here.

If they can't understand questions from a prospective client then I don't want to take anything to them!

They ruin your items...

I took my comforter in to be DRYCLEANED and they washed it. It had the tag on it that says dry clean only and they still put it in the washer. I went to pick it up and all of the batting was bunched up on the edges and it had shrunk. The manager said that she "washed" it personally. I asked why she washed it, as it was to be dry cleaned only. She informed me that it was in that condition when I brought it in and just to take it! She would not say anything else on the matter. I asked to speak with the owner and they said they cannot give out that information. What a poor excuse for a owner and a horrible excuse for a manager. I will be contacting the BBB.

They will lose your clothes!

I would not recommend using this dry cleaners! It has been over a month and the management still refuses to resolve the issue of my LOST dry cleaning. I have called numerous times to no avail. The employees do not have contact information for their manager. The manager is only at the location for a couple of hours each morning. I have had to contact the BBB regarding this issue and am looking to pursue other avenues of resolution. What a headache!

LOST DRY CLEANING - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRY CLEANERS! THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THEIR MANAGER NOR OWNER. After a month the manager, Roxanne, has never tried to contact me regarding my dry cleaning that they lost; even after I have left several notes and called several times. I still can not believe that a business can operate with the employees having NO access to a manager. I was told that if there were a fire or any problem they can only call 911; not the manager or owner. The matter of the lost dry cleaning has still not been resolved!
