I had a sweater that was cleaned & even washed numerous times in the 10 years I have had it & took it here to be dry cleaned.

They completely ruined this sweater by stretching it out of shape & when I confronted them with what they did to it - manager said we don't know that we did it! He knew darn well he did it as he was one that I gave my cleaning to.

You are a fool to use this place.

Very unhappy! Pants had to be repeatedly re-done. Shirts were returned covered with black dust under the plastic. They ripped the collar on one of my shirts and claimed it was normal wear and tear. I've never had a cleaner ruin a shirt until now. I gave them many chances to improve. I won't return.
