It's a good very low prices and good quality

If there was a rating for ZERO stars, it would be much more of an accurate rating. This place is only good when things turn out correctly, but if they don't, don't expect ANY type of compensation. The manager will not own up to his mistakes, and I quote (as I literally just got off the phone with him) "I do not care what customer thinks, I am very busy, you think I have time to deal with every customer on phone? *laughs* You think my machine damage sheets? *laughs*" The guy clearly grew up in a place where customer service does not exist. If you want to play Russian Roulette with your clothing, this is the perfect place to go. Otherwise, steer clear; there are PLENTY of other dry cleaning services on Bryant Irvin.

Worst dry cleaning experience I ever had. I was a regular customer but when one of my shirts was damaged the manager had me fill out a claim report. Four weeks later and four phone calls to the owner, the owner refused to take responsibility for the damage and wouldnt honor the claim report. Wouldnt not advise anyone to go here.
