I prepaid for $20 worth of gas but they never turned the pump on. I went back inside to remind them to turn on the pump. I was told that I took too long and the pump timed out. I've never heard of such and Google search has no results for gas pumps timing out when prepaid. I told her to make sure it was on when I went back to the pump. I walked straight to the pump in less that 15 seconds and nothing, I could not pump any gas. I went back inside again and told the clerk if she can't turn the pump on I wanted my $20 back. She said in a snarky voice that she had no problem with that and told me once again that the pump timed out because I took too long. I walk faster than most people and was in a hurry to get home. If the pump times out in less than 15 seconds they have a very serious issue with their pumps and also with their employees that refuse to turn the pump back on when she knew what happened even when I was honking the horn trying to get her to turn the pump on which she did not do so my only option was go back inside again to request a refund and go elsewhere. I've been buying gas there for several months 3 to 4 times a week at $20.00 per visit. I normally pay with my bank card at the pump and seldom go inside. My bank card developed a crack in the magnetic strip and couldn't be read so I had to resort to paying by cash.

The worst truck stop in America. Charged $8 to park and the place was CLOSED. Filthy inside. When they did open, lady manager forced me to leave for complaining. Have notified NATSN about this filthy dump. Just a ripoff for truckers.

Really bad, so my friend pulled over so I could use it, that's when I realized I left my phone charger at the restaurant we had just left, so while I used the restroom he ran to go get charger..after I use restroom, I'm waiting outside for him, not even a minute had passed before a lady came outside and asked me what I was doing, I told her I was waiting for my ride and that he would be back in three minutes and she told me I could not wait there. So just to be courteous I went inside and tried to purchase a bag of chips and a soda. That is when she refused me service and said she would not sell to me. I asked her why and she could not give me a reason and refused to give me anybody above her position number. I was so hurt and humiliated.. I still don't know what I did wrong.. She wouldn't tell me her name.. She said there was no one above her, and all complaints go to her.. I came back later with my mom and figured out her name was Erin.
