This is a response by Dr. Zeke's Auto Sales in response to Shauntanel W's review. This customer purchased this vehicle on December 3, 2014. The Customer bought the vehicle after she test drove it and she liked it. When she bought the vehicle the vehicle was running great and she bought it after test driving it and checking it out thoroughly. We let this Customer pay $500 down and pay the vehicle out over time at a great price. This customer never came to us with any complaints whatsoever about the vehicle during that entire 7 month period. This vehicle ran great and is probably still running great because this Customer never said anything negative about the vehicle the whole time she was paying on it. At the time the Customer purchased the vehicle she had very poor credit. But we decided to give this customer a chance, because we try to give all customers with poor credit history an opportunity if we can. She purchased the vehicle on December 3, 2014 but did not have a complaint until July 14, 2015. So, evidently, the car was doing fine up to now which is July 14, 2015. This review is over 7 months old from the date of purchase of the vehicle. If it was such a bad car, why did this customer wait seven months to complain? Anyway, if this vehicle is in bad shape now, we feel it is the customers fault, not ours. When this customer says we put the wrong parts on this car, we do not have a clue of what she is talking about. Again, if this vehicle is in bad shape now, we feel it is the customers fault, not ours. It has been 7 months and it was running and riding great when she chose to buy it. Also, we had to repossess the vehicle on February 3, 2015 because the customer did not pay her car note; she did not tell us about her new address (or where the vehicle would be located); and ultimately we feel the customer was trying to hide the vehicle from us without paying her car note. Therefore, customers like this do not surprise us when they try to say negative things about our company. We have many satisfied customers and we do not like to deal with customers like Shauntanel W. because they try to make negative comments when their vehicle is repossessed for none payment, and they seem to try to blame others for their mishaps or wrong doings. Again, we have many satisfied customers that choose to pay their bills on time and do not try to hide their vehicle when they do not pay their car note etc. Anyway, this is our sincere response to this review. This review is in no way reflective of the type of business we run at Dr. Zeke’s Auto Sales. Again, we have many satisfied and loyal long-time grateful customers. Thanks. Dr. Zeke’s Auto Sales
