The entire staff here at CARE Fertility have been amazing throughout our IVF journey. I could not ask for a better Doctor and nurses. They are very efficient and so kind/caring. We are so happy we found this clinic. I have never seen the kind of care and compassion in a office as I have experienced here. They always do what they say they are going to and make sure you fully understand every information that is presented. One of My favorite things is I do not feel like any question I ask is a stupid question and they do not mind answering it over and over again if needed. Our Doctor has been amazing and very informative. I would recommend CARE Fertility to anyone and have also been referring people here. Love Love Love this place!

Dr Thomas was very calm and caring throughout our experience. We enjoyed learning from her and the support we received.

Dr. Thomas has always been very thoughtful and patient with my husband and I. We have never felt rushed when speaking with her. We do believe she has our best interest in mind.

This was a pleasant experience overall. The Doctor was very gentle and guided me through the process. The pain was minimal. I definitely recommend Dr Thomas for any procedure.

Very understanding Doctor she takes time to explain things to you and us and billing has always been helpful.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing! The front desk is always helpful and knowledgable when it comes to helping with insurance questions. The nurses and techs are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas is AMAZING. I will highly recommend CARE Fertility to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues. There is absolutely nothing I would change. We are very happy with our time we spent at CARE and will come back when we are ready for future family planning.

We have loved our experience with Dr. Thomas! We had visited another fertility clinic prior to coming to CARE and it was a horrible experience. The CARE nurses, staff, and doctors have been so nice and very understanding through our IVF process. We recommend it to everyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr. Thomas, her nurses, and the front desk ladies. They are very helpful, considerate, friendly, and always made me feel like I was the only patient that they see.

Dr. Thomas has always been very personal in dealing with us. She takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, expectations, and outcomes. I have never felt like just another patient, and feel very comfortable calling the office and discussing things with her or the nurses. To an outsider, it may seem like there are just too many employees, but you will never feel like that once you become a patient.

Dr. Thomas was very informative and immediately gave me confidence in her knowledge and the care that the clinic would provide. The office staff is helpful but I would say that the financial commitments are not very well explained initially. It would be helpful to have a better breakdown of the costs exactly and itemization of payments throughout the cycle. The business office did provide a detailed email regarding our insurance coverage and what we needed to complete which was extremely helpful.

The one on one visits with Dr. Thomas have been great. She explains all procedures and plans of care thoroughly. I would like to be able to communicate with her more easily and readily for questions (over the phone or otherwise) between visits with her.

Dr Nackley was great, very friendly and good bedside manner. Occasionally felt slightly rushed and would have liked her to ask if I had questions more often. I would definitely recommend her overall.

Wayyyyyy better than our last dr/office. Do not know why we were not coming here in the first place. We have made some recommendations to our friends to come here. Dr. Nackley knows her stuff!

Dr Thomas and staff have been very organized and super helpful thus far.It seems that technology sometimes takes time int he office. But the staff is attentive and willing to help in any way they can.

Dr. Thomas and the whole CARE team were very informative and attentive to our needs and concerns. The office was very easy to get in touch with and speak with someone for any issue that came up. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family. And, they got us pregnant in no time!!

Dr. Nackley always takes the time to explain every procedure and is great about calling with results. She really cares about her patients.

Dr. Thomas has made me feel comfortable, informed, and like I am a person and not just a statistic. Every time I meet with her, she gives me all of her attention and time and, when going through something as emotional as fertility treatment can be, that goes a long way. In addition, the nurses at CARE Fertility were all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend CARE Fertility to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Nackley and staff were always very professional and responsive, especially to my many questions. I have no recommendations for improvement, and my husband and I are very thankful for the great care that CARE provided.

She is very nice, compassionate and knowledgeable. I am ver happy with her service along with the whole team.
