Two years ago I would have given her 5 stars, but after the stunt they pulled today, her rating dropped severely. I had not see Dr. Hardick for 2 years because I didn't have insurance, but now that I have it again, I decided to make an appointment with her.Plus her office (well her old one) is right across the street from where I work. When I called to schedule in November, I was told that I could not be seen until late December, so I agreed reluctantly. The receptionist failed to tell me that they had changed locations. As my appointment was approching, I was expecting an appoinment reminder call, but it never came. When I arrived at the Medical Arts Building (her old office) I noticed that her name was no longer there. I looked up her new address and realized that she had moved to Harris Methodist Hospital. By the time I got to the hospital, I was already 15 minutes late. When I called to aske where exactly they were located, "Katie" told me that since I was already late, I would need to reschedule. Plus Dr Hardick had already left at 3:00...my appointment was at 3:30. I must say that I am highly upset and disappointed.
