J. Mark Palmer, M.D. Dr. Palmer is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, attended Rice University in Houston where he was the James M. and Sarah Wade Rockwall Scholar. After Rice he entered the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, where he received his medical degree. He remained in Houston for his postgraduate medical training at the Baylor Affiliated Hospitals including Texas Childrenâ??s Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Otolaryngology. After completion of his training he returned to Fort Worth where he has been a practicing Otolaryngologist specializing in primarily in pediatric ear, nose, and throat diseases.
