Provided by YPmobileThis doctor is a jerk! Don't waste your time. If you have insurance, don't waste your money on him either. He makes you pay in advance and file your own claims. I have been to Sam's optical before and never had to do this. I walked out and told him I wouldn't ever be back and would tell others that he sucks. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE! There's a reason this guy is sitting in the Sam's Optical center all alone. Don't go!
