Provided by Doctor.comBe VERY aware of all the hidden charges this place will charge you. From unnecessary x rays to overly charged inserts. And they don't even give you a choice. They shove it on you and on your way out they come with a bill right there. I spent over 200 dollars for a very basic appt that solve nothing. The doctor itself is a very nice gentleman, nothing against him, but this is definitely a scheme going on there.
