THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!

Dorothy's does not stand behind their products. We recently bought 8 sets of scrubs to start our nursing careers. Two sets came in with the wrong tops - the tops and bottoms did not match. We had a receipt of our purchase and were wanting to exchange the wrong tops for the ones that match the bottoms. Not only was the color different - the style was different. Because we had taken them home and put them in the dryer to take out the wrinkles - they would not exchange the wrong tops for the correct ones. First and foremost - they ordered the two sets of scrubs for us. The correct ones that matched to bottom were actually there at the store! Still - we were told that their policy was that any scrubs that have the tags taken off (these were special ordered - so I am not sure what tags they are referring to) could not be exchanged or refunded. We walked out without any usable scrubs that we could use - after paying in full for all 8 sets. Worst customer service - better bet to get scrubs where they actually appreciate their customers! Had to check a star to complete this survey - they truly shouldn't even have one!

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will never go back and I will make sure every healthcare worker I come in contact with on a daily basis does the same! I was accused of "ruining" a shirt upon my attempt to return as I found a rip and stain on it, that the worthless girl a the cash register did not catch upon my purchase. As if I cannot afford a simple white, long sleeved shirt! What a way to treat a human being over something so idiotic, especially when I just wanted an exchange. Do NOT waste your time at this store!

I love this staff. love the manager Erma. The whole staff is friendly and helpful¡ i always have a little girl named gina that helps me. Very nice and gos above and beyond to help me everytime i go in there! She always helps me color coordinate my scrubs too. Love this store! Go to this location the hurst location is so rude! Especially the manager there! If u want helpful friendly service go to the ft worth location!!!
