Autonation Ford Bryant Irvin replaced my clockspring in my explorer. I drove it everything seemed good. The next day I was about to leave work when my car wont start. So I opened my hood and the battery cables are connect to battery just touching. On the drive home I start to notice sounds coming from my steering wheel which sounded like plastic rubbing aginst plastic or metal. Then I notice that my steering wheel pushes in and pulls out. I finally get a chance to call the dealership and the manager asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. After having my car a whole day. The manager calls me to say that the problem has nothing to do with the clockspring and that they are going to charge me a $95 charge for looking at it even though they told my wife they were not going to charge us for looking. And I asked the manager Cameron do yall not check for horns or the steering wheel play and he said no, not when we replay a clockspring. Now, my horn wont work my steering wheel pulls in and out. The second I picked up my car they left my fuse box opened. I highly suggest not to have service done on your vehicle at Autonation Ford Bryant Irvin. Ps. worst experience ever!

I'm so disappointed in this dealership. You come in for your scheduled oil change told tey were busy so were told 45 mins for oil change. Seems kind of long ... But ends up being 3hrs!!!

Won't return here anymore.
