Bella always looks so good and smells wonderful. She also doesn't come hone looking"shell shock" from visit. Price s are great and ez drop off and pickup. Highly recommend.

Made an appt, she called the day of appt to cancel and she cancelled for the wrong appt time! I called 5 times in a row to schedule in which I was hung up on after saying my name. I called one last time and mentioned the multiple hang ups and she acted as if she didn't care and no apology. She obviously doesn't want good business!!!!!

My three dogs as well as my husband and I were so happy when we found Dog Gone Diva...We had tried many grooming shops and even the mobile ones that came out to our house. The dogs always shook and the groomers would have to pry our babies out of my hands, it would always break my heart. BUT then we found Jackie she immediately become part of the family because our dogs LOVED her :) Now instead of upset & nervous dogs we have excited doggies that start wagging their tails and try jumping to her as soon as she is in sight. (Which is a awesome feeling for me) She has a flexible schedule, does a wonderful groom on our pets, and no one can beat her prices. Her loves for animals truly show in her work. She loves her job and every animal that walk through her door. If your looking for a responsible, loving, reasonable groomer she is the one you have been looking for and should give her a try.We are glad we did!!!

Very pleased with grooming service for my large 105 lb. Malamute. An appointment was scheduled to meet our special needs. This groomer handled my dog with love and care and she also shared a lot of helpful information with me. I am very pleased with her attention to detail and the very reasonable price. We will be back soon!

Jacqueline is so friendly and helpful! I have been taking my dogs to her since she open. They feel completely at home here, running right in the door and to the back with her. I sometimes think they forget all about me when we arrive. If you want a really good style cut on your pet, then this is the place and NO ONE can beat her prices!

I just want to thank Jacquelynn (?) for the WONDERFUL job she did on my poodle and my shih tzu! I thought my mother was kidding me when she told me how much she paid for her dog to be groomed there. She used to spend $50 every time she had her yorkie groomed from a groomer in same area, but here it was only $25! I usually get charged @45and up for my poodle and 35 or more for my shih tzu, but HERE it was only 30 for poodle and 25 for my shih tzu! I might also add that was for a FULL groom, no extra charges for nails, handling fee, etc. (my poodle can be sort of difficult to work with.....). I was amazed and extremely excited when I saw what a WONDERFUL job she did on them! It only took her a couple hours! I can't tell you how nice it is to finally find a groomer which is inexpensive, yet talented and nice to do business with! Thanks!

I have taken my dog to nearly ever groomer in town. I finally have found my answer in Dog Gone Diva Grooming. Not only does this groomer have the best price ( I pay 10-20 less here than other places). One main reason I have continue to look for a decent groomer is because I seemed to always find marks on my dog after he was groomed. I no longer pick up my dog full of razor burns or nicks! The owner is very helpful and flexible with scheduling appointments, having came in on a Sunday for me since I had to leave town the next day. I also like the fact my dog no longer shakes and runs from shop or having to leave him there for 6hours before picking up. This groomer truly loves animals and it is evident in her mannerism with them along with the way my dog's wagging tail shows he is happy to be there!

We take our dogs there on a regular basis. They always look and smell wonderful when we pick them up. The staff is very friendly and we fell like we are leaving them with family. We love how cozy the shop is and our dogs seem to really enjoy themselves. Thank you for all your hard work. DeeDee

We were very satisfied with your services. My husband picked Ditto, he smelled & looked wonderful. My husband then proceeded to tell me that he couldnt get Ditto to leave...he was trying to go back into the back I guess to play some more...he really liked you. We have used other groomers and we have never gotten a reaction from Ditto like this before. We were very pleased and we feel like we are leaving our family member in good hands. Thanks Again!!!
