The staff were helpful and the alterations worker Mary was very good at helping us get me fitted just right.

Very stressful experience as a bride. My very first appointment to find my dress was lost. When I finally was able to find my dress, my first alteration appointment was lost. When I went in for my last alteration (9 days before my wedding) they had again, lost my third appointment with them. Therefore each appointment I had to be "worked in". Resulting in them having to rush between other customers and myself. They did not listen to my likes and dislikes while finding a dress. Luckily my sister (finally) went to look herself and brought me "the one" :) I do not recommend this store unless you want some added stress and to be pushed to the back burner each time.

My daughter bought her dress at this David's Bridal and was promised a free steam pressing prior to the wedding. When I called they said it would be $40.00 to press the gown even though they promised it would be free. They said it would have been free after alterations were done. My daughter did not need any alterations so she does not get the free pressing as promised. So much for spending a large amount of money and then getting a wrinkled dress! Beware - get everything in writing!!!

Those women in that store are amazing. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked or expected. Jessica and Linda are the women you need to go to if you need a job done. These women are amazing. I can't thank them enough for their time yesterday.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and listened to our suggestions and chose 5 exquisite dresses to start. Each could easily have been "the one." We also chose our bridesmaid dresses here and all the necessary accessories. The fitting was easy and alterations were as requested. Complete in one attempt. I would highly recommend this David's Bridal store.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! No one is willing to help at the front desk and when I purchased my bridesmaids dresses I was pressured to buy right then and there everyone is rude and not helpful what so ever! DO NOT go here!

A word of advice...Know what YOU want and stick to it unless you come across another gorgeous gown that will knock your man off of his feet! There are tons of dresses out there and it can become overwhelming really quick, but YOU have to do your research. There are fifteen in our bridal party and nine of my ladies purchased their dresses without any issues. Our assistants (Ashley & Jesse) were very helpful each time I brought my ladies, flower girl, and mother to their scheduled appointment including myself and I am very, very particular about everything! Try searching through bridal books and clipping pictures to give your consultant a visual of what you love. Share your price points to eliminate looking through disappointing gowns and wasting "your" time. If you run into an issue, don't hesitate to inform managers. I've seen them handle business and they are very professional in doing so. I wish you the best in your future searches...

Terrible service. I told 2 different associates that this was my first time to get fitted for a dress and that I had never been shopping for dresses. They gave me a couple dresses, I came out dressed in them and asked the associate what she thought and she told me it was a personal preference. No help at all. Expensive. Outrageous expensive alterations price.

didn't get my email or phone number when i purchased my bridesmaid dress and once it was in never let me know but called the bride to let her know if i didnt pick up that day they were keeping it.

The Brides dress went well. However one bridesmaid and one flower girls did not. Most persons in sewing room do not speak English or did not the times I was there to argue the charges to redo the mess up. THEN at the actual wedding one of the bridesmaids dress back came apart. It was only basted and not finished. This wedding was 60miles from Fort Worth in a outdoor country setting. Somehow we pinned and covered it but the girl was very self conscious when photos were being made.

I had the hardest time finding the pieces for my bridesmaid dress for a frined's wedding. I had to buy the pieces off the rack which required trips to at least 2 David's Bridals. They will ship from one location to the other, but they charge for it. I think that's ridiculous. Prices are a little high, but it makes it easy to find everything when the wedding party is geographically divided.
