This lawyer promised us that he would get my husband out of jail with a writ . We hired him and he is the most rude lawyer of all. He puts you off and lies told my husband he would be out any time and the Writ was denied. Now he doesnt answer his calls.

I called a dozen lawyers before Dale Heisch, and none of them knew a thing about what I was asking about. Dale resolved my parole and legal issues and I never had to think about it again. Barb

Dale is one of the kindest lawyers (if you can say that about an attorney) I have met. I called he answered the phone and we took off from there with my child's case. I highly recommend him!
