Took my ford expenition in to get the spark plug and coil replaced, after almost two months later was told it couldn't be fixed (He gave me a sob story about how he'd been sick and was unable to fix it problem and had been in and out of the hospital) So later that week went to pick it up my vehicle (that runs but was just misfiring on one of its cylinders) and pay for it on the price we agreed on which I thought was reasonable (little under 300 because it couldn't be fixed and had it for so long after promising the job would only take three days at most) and was informed that the back of his shop where my car was being kept, was broken in to and many part of under the hood were stolen (K&N cold air intake cut out along with wires, battery and cables cut) was informed by mike that his insurance would be calling me but he insisted that because he was not currently working on it that his insurance wouldn't cover any damages, even tho it was locked in a gated area in the back of the garage. Talked to his insurance and was told repeatedly after a week after the the burglary had happen that he won't let the insurance adjuster in to the back area to asses the damages to any of the vehicles. So I Went to have my car towed so HIS insurance could asses it at another location so I could get the problem fixed, was first told he was waiting on the insurance to asses it, when I informed him I had already talked with his Insurance and they informed me he wasn't letting them do their job, was told not only could I not pay for my vehicle but I would have to cancel the tow truck that was already on its way and that I would have to try back Monday, only for him to call me three hours later and tell me the bill to get my car out is now $700. He is absolutely dishonest and shady.

Just got charged 80 dollars to have this guy look at my car and he charged my battery but if I had known he was going to charge this much I would have just taken my car to auto zone called a mechanic I know (but is much further away) and was quoted 200 dollars cheaper to fix it with brand new parts! Felt so cheated by this guy and he seemed so honest.����

Terrible repair shop, had rotors machined and noticed slight rattling noise whenever hitting small bumps. Needless to say they did not properly torque down the caliper slide bolts and the entire wheel locked up while driving completely destroying my alloy rim, along with the tire, and also my time. Had fuel pump replaced and they used a re-manufactured unit that caused my car to constantly throw a check engine light and barely run, ultimately had to take it to another shop to be properly diagnosed before having crow replace the part with the proper ford replacement. Terrible will not recommend to anyone...
