Warning do not subject your family members and loved ones to care at this facility. Unless you are trying to punish them. The Medicare Agency said that this place has a history of deficiencies that even has a warning that the residents there are in danger of health issues and even a chance of death from the deficiencies. The nursing care is terrible at best. There are roaches . The food is always cold and they never bring you what is on the menu. The tall aide is one rude and sorry excuse for a nurse assistant. I hope she is only an assistant. The staff is lazy and will not help in any way.This is only a few of the deficiencies. There is not enough space to list they rest. The only reason my loved one is still here is the therapy staff is excellent. She desperately needs the rehabilitation therapy and their therapy staff is just wonderful.
