Ended up paying $98 for an oil change... I don't care how many fees or charges are included, that should be illegal. It's been 3 weeks and I still feel like I got robbed

Experience was aweful... $70 later I got an oil change and a car that was barely clean. I by no means expected detail service but the wash service I received was very unacceptable. Then when speaking with the manager Ralph (who has no customer service skills at all I might add) I was pretty much told this is what our services are.I asked for a refund of my extra charge & was told I couldn't get a refund. I will Never go back. Please people don't be like me and assume a place does a Good job prior to reading reviews... I have definitely Learned my lesson the hard way!

The outside sales Manager and his VERY FAT! Sales guy need to learn Business Etiquette. They think the customer needs them but I got news for you buddy you need the customers. Very poor sales team very rude get some educated persons to work for you .

SERIOUSLY.. Do NOT bring your car here.. Unless you want your KEYS LOST, and a short, overweight supervisor named Conrad to call you a liar to your face and belligerently deny his staff did anything wrong! The Manager, Ro, is helpful and polite, but will stand by, shrug his shoulders and allow Conrad to act belligerent, and verbally abuse their female customers! On top of that, they fail to provide what you paid for! Overpriced and Under-cleaned!



I give them 5 stars ✩✩✩✩✩ for: Incompetence, Unprofessionalism, and Rudeness.

They did a GREAT job on my very dirty SRX

Asked for an $11.95 exterior/interior wash. Showed young man 2 spots in back that I had already cleaned myself that I asked if they would do an extra run through on mat and extra rub on seat where food had been spilled. No way. They had to charge $34.95 for a back seat detail + $11.95 for the car wash. Thought this was high but he said entire detail was $84.95 + 11.95 for wash. Only thing they did was wash the car mats which I could not even find. They had been put in the trunk for some reason. Seat had definitely not be cleaned with leather polish. Looked on web site which shows Express Detail which this was; it took about 10 minutes; for $34.95 for entire car including car wash. I was overcharged by $13.00 but did not need the detail anyway. The attitude at this car wash has totally changed the past 2 years. Would never recommend it to anyone,
