Great place to have your vehicle worked on. They rebuilt my motor on my truck and have done other work as well. Always nice and helpful and very honest!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM CITY GARAGE! I had quite possibly the worst customer experience of my life at City Garage. I was visiting family in Ft. Worth, and my alternator went out over the weekend, so I brought my car in on Monday and was told I would get it back Tuesday. Tuesday rolls along, and I m told Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes, no car. Thursday I call their corporate office and face significant resistance, was talked down to, and was made to feel like a second hand customer. I finally get a call Thursday night right before closing saying the car is ready.

I get my car back after having my alternator replaced, and the cooling fans don t work! They were working before I brought the car in, but wouldn t come on afterwards. They refused to fix the part, even though they were the cause of it breaking. I told a friend about the experience, and she said she brought her Volkswagen Jetta in for a tune up and it ran rough after she got it back, and they refused to take responsibility for that too! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO RUN LIKE IT S SUPPOSED TO, DON T TAKE IT TO CITY GARAGE!

I was told buy the City Garage manager, Seth, Your car is such a pain, it s making my hair line recede. SORRY IF MY BUSINESS IS A BURDEN TO YOU! I don t know why I was treated so poorly, but whatever the reason, I won't be going back. I give City Garage one star, only because I can t give them less.

I haven't been by in some time but am ready for an oil change and general tune-up. Send me a coupon!

The salesperson did a good job listening to what we wanted and matching us to a good vehicle. In one visit I was given some links to a horse boarding facility by the gentlemen at the front desk after mentioning I was looking for a horse in 2012 you have very attentive people!

I had a service done in 20 minutes that was pretty fast and that has been the greatest service I have experienced! Thank you also pretty affordable.
