I went there for a nice family lunch after my son's dentist appointment, their manager, an older blonde lady had this grumpy face on the whole time. At first I didn't care, probably she was having a bad day but then we stood there waiting for a to go box and everyone kept walking past us, ignoring us for about 5 minutes and once my husband asked. The "manager/supervisor" whoever she was threw the box at him, that it slid down the table and almost went off the table (he had to catch it before it went off) and went back to her mopping. She didn't apologized, nothing, and a younger boy working there saw and apologized for her. They just totally lost my business there! It all comes down to, after you take our money you want to disrespect us like that? Next time that box is going in her face, and what kind of person like that gets promoted as a manager?? It also makes me mad that they have a complaint paper on their register with a fake email! Why bother? CHICKEN EXPRESS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! ALL YA ARE WORRYING ABOUT IS TAKING PEOPLE"S MONEY!

They were not attentive when taking my order and overcharged me.Then, although they were fully aware that they were in the wrong, they gave me a hassle to correct it. Very unprofessional.
