Went to a wedding reception at the Chateau. Everything was beautiful! The building is rustic on the outside and the inside is REALLY nicely done. WOW! The room and decor is stunning and the beautiful lighting really made the place come alive. I loved the centerpiece and linen combination. My fiance and I are talking "wedding" and I want to do our wedding here. The food was delicious and the service was very professionally presented. The street taco station as well as the mac n cheese station were perfect. The staff was very service oriented. The DJ (Complete Music) did a phenomenal job and had everyone up and dancing all night. The bartenders mixed some tasty drinks. I especially loved the frozen pink margaritas. We drank margaritas and danced until midnight. Fun, fun, fun!

Attended my niece's quinceanera at the Chateau. That place is gorgeous! I couldn't believe how beautiful the inside of that place is. I mean, really... It looked magical. Really cool lights, a great DJ, a huge dance floor and lots of yummy drinks. The service staff kept everything tidy and were especially gracious when it came to tending to the family. And the bartenders were really good. My niece was very pleased with everything. And the food was really, really good. I don't know who their chef is, but they should consider opening a restaurant. Great job! You have made us VERY loyal clients. We will recommend your venue to everyone.

Our daughter's quinceanera was important to us. After much research, we decided on the Chateau. I'm so glad that we did. The room was so beautiful. The room comes fully decorated and we didn't need to do much at all. We went with the Chateau's food and it was so good. The chef (Able) made the best fajitas that I have ever had. The staff was very helpful and kind to the kids and very respectful to our grandparents and we really liked that. I think that this place is a very good value and would recommend it to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!! I would NEVER recommend this establishment for conducting wedding receptions. Our son was recently married and the reception was held at the Chateau. We had purchased $250 of champagne for the toast, but due to poor judgment and miscommunication between the staff, none of it was served for the toast. Only after we had informed the staff of this, did they serve TWO glasses of champagne to the bride and groom only for the traditional cutting of the cake. We brought this to the attention of the reception's staff, where they admitted their mistake and informed us that we must contact Bambi in the main office to discuss reimbursement. We sent an email that was never answered, and tried to contact Bambi through telephone calls which were avoided. When we did finally get to talk to her, she was very confrontational, unreasonable and aggressively dismissive of our complaint. She informed us that it was not their responsibility to have coordinated the distribution of the champagne, that her staff had already poured all but two bottles, and that we would not be receiving any reimbursement of our $250 as the receipt states "no refunds." However, Bambi's assertions are inconsistent and incorrect.



First, that the majority of the champagne had been poured was incorrect. I personally saw behind the bar that only one bottle had been opened as there were only a few poured glasses in a serving tray. It was at that time that we instructed the bar tenders not to open or distribute the champagne as the traditional toast(s) had already been made. They acknowledged our request and stated that they understood.



Second, they billed us an "operations charge" on the receipt, so her statement that they are not responsible for the coordination of the distribution of the champagne is incorrect. If they were not responsible for this, then why, after the DJ had announced that the toasts were about to be given, did the bartenders open one bottle of champagne and proceed to pour a single tray of glasses?



Finally, the language "no refunds" on the receipt does not apply, as we are not asking for a "refund" but a reimbursement, two fundamentally different remedies. A refund is for items that have been delivered, which were subsequently disapproved of. A reimbursement on the other hand is for items that were never delivered. Given that we received NONE of the champagne we paid for, with the exception of the bride and groom's two glasses valued at $2.50 a glass which we do not contest, a reimbursement is what we have requested, not a refund. Bambi's statements give the appearance of saying anything to avoid reimbursing us for something that we paid for and that they never gave us.



Given our experience, it appears the Bambi is very unprofessional and conducts her business in a similar manner. She refuses to discuss the issue with my wife and I, and actually told me "don't call me anymore" and abruptly hung up the phone. If I was able to, I would award this establishment ZERO stars. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, BUYER BEWARE, I would NEVER recommend hiring this establishment for wedding receptions.

Do NOT waste your time with the Chateau or ANY of their other companies. It is NOT worth the stress and aggravation! The staff is totally unprofessional. Bambi, the owner, will say anything she needs to in order to get your business/money and then go back and tell you bold-faced lies to your face. I made the mistake of ignoring other terrible reviews of this company because I thought it would be okay since we saved a lot of money. Don't make the same mistake that I made.

This place is not only tiny but it is not worth any of the money. The catering lady "BAMBI" was so rude. She ignored adn didnt return any emails or calls until she felt like it, which is totally unprofessional. Please people do not take this place. Look around and trust me you'll find way better..like i did, even though i had to change the date i cancelled and booked a better venue.
