Champion ATA (Karate for Kids) in Lake Worth offers my family fun, physical fitness and the development of life skills like leadership, courtesy, respect, self control and perseverance. My son joined and had so much fun while being challenged that I also joined. Mr. Sam Viggers is 4th degree black belt and world champ in Taekwondo that provides a well run school and programs for all ages. They offer Taekwondo, weapons, self defense, bully prevention and even tumbling. There is a strong family focus, kid programs and adult programs. Come check it out.
