I've been going here for a few years now, and noticed that they recently changed owners and do see a drastic improvement in customer service as well as the service i get from the technicians. They have very affordable prices and the place is huge! i have only gotten manicures/pedicures and sometimes gel nails, but have not tried their other services like massage and facials. If you go here, try their Signature pedicure, it feels great! I would have given 5 stars if they took american express, the credit cards they accept is visa/mastercard/discover.

My husband bought me $130 gift certificate for Valentine's Day and they told my husband that I needed to call and make an appt, but no one bothered to say that it couldn't be on a Tues or Thurs. Those are my only off days and I called to make an appt for a Thurs and the person on the other end told me that their massage therapist was off every Tues and Thurs. WOW! You seriously only have 1 massage therapist?! Well, I asked if I could get a refund and I was told that there was no refunds. REALLY?!!! So the person on the other end of the phone proceeded to tell me that I had a year so surely I could take a day off by then. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! I think that they are rude and inconsiderate of their customers. You can believe that I plan to tell any and everyone that I know and don't know who will listen about their poor service. Someone needs to call the BBB on them and it maybe ME!!! They suck!!!!!!!!

Not only did Linda cut the cuticle on my ring finger making it bleed, she also cut the the cuticle on my right ring finger. Fortunately the bleeding stopped on my right hand before I left, but I had a bandaid on my left hand and it bled for about 30minutes after I left. Then to top it off, when I paid my $40 to leave, and only gave a $2. tip I was insulted about the tip - Lucky she got anything, and I will never go there again. ---Do not use this salon - it looks nice but the service is terrible.

No one here can speak english, they constantly yell across your feet in vietnamese. During my pedicure all I could smell was fish, very gross! Don't let this "pretty" place fool you!
