First they told me they didn't think they accepted my insurance, but would check. Someone called me a few days later and set up an appointment. The next day someone called me and said my insurance was approved and told me what my co-pay way. Asked to set up an appointment. When I said I had set up an appoint they said I wasn't on the schedule and would set me up an appointment. They also said they would call the other location to see if the appointment was made for there and cancel it if it was. The next day the doctors office called and said that Carter-Rehab had called them and said my insurance wasn't approved. I told my doctor I would call and double check. I called Carter-Rehab and was met with puzzlement. She said she was told my insurance was all set up, but would double check and call me back. She called me back later and said my insurance wasn't accepted and would need to cancel my appointments. A week later I get a call wondering why I missed by appointment. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
