HORRIBLE!!! You will get audit!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TAX SERVICES!!! They won't even help you fix a problem that THEY made!!! I don't see what is so hard to add 2 numbers together. I got audit because the " tax preper "did not include my 1099 income to my W-2 income.Never apologized for the mistake and couldn't even figure out where they messed up at until I told them. And on top of that she wanted to " correct their mistake " by having me lie on my 1099 saying I paid out of pocket for things so I wouldn't have to owe at all and bring my balance to zero.I'm not going to get audited more for lying.$25 was what I had to pay on top of the money I owed PLUS INTEREST!!!come to find out they also over charge you on the " preparation fee. " It's no wonder they closed their E. Crossrimber's office in Houston. These people are not knowledgeable at all in taxes services. Take your chances if you want the IRS sending you a bill for taxes owed.

I had a great experience very professional and very caring :) glad they opened up a new office in north side making it more convenient for me!

The tax prepares were so nice and very professional with a interest in the individuals social life its not just straight to business. I highly recommend this location along with the new one they just opened in North Side
