DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! It appears nice on the outside, but if there is ever an issue, the mgmt will not properly resolve the problem; even if you have been a repeat customer for 9 years!!!!. For a business to be recommended they need to have integrity when they make a mistake and to value their repeat customers. Example: I took my vehicle to the car wash at the end of March and when it came out, the mirror was broken off. According to them the mirror was a little loose prior to entering the car wash and this was known much earlier than when the car entered the car wash. They say it was loose, but to my knowledge it was not. Instead of coming to me and showing me the potential loose mirror prior to entering the car wash, they just ran it thru; if I knew that the car wash would rip off my mirror and it would cost $507 to get it repaired I would obviously not send it through the car wash. At this point, they are not willing to pay for the repair of the mirror by the car dealership. It is a sad day when a company will not take responsibility for the mistakes of their employees and leave the customer no choice but to sue them in small claims court to get reimbursed. BUYER BEWARE - Soapy Jeff's Car wash may not resolve an issue they cause with your car which will leave you with no choice but to spend the time and money to take them to court.

Worst car wash EVER! Paid $40 and all I wanted was to have the carpets vacuumed really good. There was dirt everywhere. I took it to a hand wash place and did it myself and of course get every bit of dirt off the floor. They really seriously are horrible. And I was told the $40 wasn't including the type of vacuum I wanted. A-holes!

Paid for an interior detail and got a 3-rate cleaning. Worse customer service I've ever seen.

Went last week and was very disappointed. I waited over 2 hours after being told an hour. Then, I get my car and it is still dirty inside after paying $106.00 for it to be steam cleaned and detailed. I have always experienced a quality detail however, I am not going back. If I am paying this much money I expect it to be worth it.

AWFUL, the people were so rude except one person.

The lady who was suppose to be the manager kept complaining in front of me to the lady at the desk what an Inconvenience I was because I was getting an interior detailing.

My car is spotless besides one small stain, it honestly would only take 30 minutes at the most.

Not to mention I got here at 5

They close at 6

So how I was such an inconvenience I don't even know.

They were super rude, and didn't do a very good job.

I would rather drive 5 hours away, then go here ever again.

STAY AWAY.

Being a single dad, I'm always looking for the cheaper route. I don't have the time or patience for the simple things like washing my car. Driving along Lake Worth Blvd, I noticed Car Lovers... Not having done this before I pulled in to see how a car wash operates. I was greeted my a few of the employees and told to go inside and see the prices and upgrades available. I kinda felt like a kid in a candy shop- I opted to get the works... end result- I loved it! Next week I'm going back for a oil change and inspection! Thanks for taking time off my hands and letting me spend more time with my children.

they smashed my fender and wouldn't admit it.when we looked at the tape that he already looked at (and erased)before he showed it to me,there was a gap missing that he said "he can't explain".I wish I could have givin a lower rating but one star is as low as it goes.don't go there to even wash your hands they would most likely screw that up too. BAD BAD BAD place.

Never go here!! I took my new car here for a hand wash and they scratched my window all up. I could tell they were rushing to get off on a Friday and they did not even wipe down the inside of the car which was included. The GM wasted our time by reviewing surveillance videos for like an hour. The video showed a worker drop a towl on the gorund and then pick it back up. The worker then went behind a dumptster and came back with a towell in his hand that appeared to be the same one. The worker then went to the window and continued to wipe it down!! The GM said that the worker "could" have changed towels when he went behind the dumpster so therefore they "may" not have been the ones to cause the circular scratches all over the front window. It is a new car and I would have noticed the scratches before this time if they were there. I could tell he was never even considering doing anything and was just looking at surveillance to try and appease us. I left the crap hole with no money back, no dash wipe down, and a scratched up Benz window!! Wished I would have read the other reviews first! I pulled these reviews up while at the car wash and showed the GM. He said he knows people complain about them, but he stays busy anyways!

Depression all around us but we still will spend money. I spent 28.95 to get my car cleaned to save me some time but little did I know it took longer since they had to redo it. The vacuum job stunk and so did the cleaning the dash and so forth. I went inside to ask it they had a customer card to feel out and they don't. I went online to see if they had a complaint area and they don't even have a website. This place does not care about customer service and it will break them since they do charge a premium price for a crappy service.

These people r great just because u have one bad experience makes them bad business ,, ive had numerous times ive been foid poisoned some pkaces but still eat there anyway ,,, they r great , great customer service , great washes oil changes and details , ive been going there for years i have two cars i get done there the managers do take care of u if u ask for them , if u have any problems it is addressed immediately , gripers n complainers are never satisfied though ,, i reccomend to anyone to get your car washed here it is worth it and they do handwashes if u do not like tunnel washings !!!! will never go to car lovers in lake worth tx again. refused to wash my vehicel have been going there for 15 to 20 yrs. looks like I am not the only upset person abouut this business. woulld not tell my worse enemy to take their dog there. not a good business. do not go I am not the only upset person about this business. can not say enough bad about them.

Took my new car to this business (haven't even made the first payment) and they damaged the trim where it meets the window on the drivers side door. The damage was extremely obvious not something one would over look but alas the manager "looked" at the tape and didn't see anything, he was also witless enough to say" looks like something mechanical did it" {oh like say a CAR WASH!!) The $28 wash and interior job was sub-par at best and needless to say I will never give them my business again. I will also publish this on craigslist and anywhere else I can find...judging by the number of negative posts someone needs to warn people about this business...and I have a good suspicion that the "5 star" ratings and comments were written by the same person either creating multiple accounts or whatnot..the syntax of the sentences is the same and the obvious overuse of the word "guys" in each comment smell of someone just trying to counteract negative pubilicity.....so do yourself and your fellow consumers a favor and take your car somewhere else.

This place should be renamed Job Haters Car Wash. I know this isn't a luxurious job, but if you are going to have a job, do it 100%. I got a half-assed job for my $28. It was so poor that I came home and had to reclean my car, and vacuum some more. I pointed out that my main concern was the need for vacuuming. The guy that did the vacuum job looked as if he were living cheeseburger to cheeseburger. He obviously hates his job. There was crap all over my floors still, and the seats were not moved. The 'wipe down and dressing' of the interior was a joke as well. They did a sucky job on my car about 5 years ago, and they still suck just as much today.

Personally the best carwash I've ever been to. They know exactly how to provide great customer service and get the job done right, the first time.
