This review is for C-Tech Wildlife and Pest Control: Do not use this company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau later today to report C-Tech Wildlife and Pest Control. I called them a month ago with a fire ant problem. At that time they came out promptly and took care of the problem. Since was raining and dark, I was promised a return visit in a month to check in and make sure the ant problem was resolved. The ants returned in three weeks and when I called and left messages explaining the problem I received no return call. When I finally got a representative on the phone, they promised someone would come out the next day. They never showed up and I have telephoned repeatedly. If you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex I would advise you not to use this company. Their customer service is non existent and they have a very poor work ethic. I now have to spend more to have a reputable company come out and take care of the ants. I gave them one star; however they did not deserve even that.
