Provided by YP.comI wrote them an email and received no response so here is my email to them~~~~~~
To whom it may concern:
Last night we attended a birthday celebration that was being held at your restaurant. I must say I was quite excited to try a new restaurant.
However, we were in your restaurant for nearly 3 hours. It took our waitress FOREVER to do simple tasks such as drop off our checks, refill our sodas and bring the bread to the table. Also, the alcohol drinks took at least 10-15 mins to be brought out to us, which speaks of the negligent bartender. I am aware that at times the restaurant may be understaffed, except for the fact that we were her only table and made the reservation 2 WHOLE weeks in advance. There were no apologies made and no effort to keep us satisfied, we had to ask for everything. We waited on our checks for over 30-45 mins. She only would drop off 2-3 at a time. That being said, it is ridiculous that you charge a 20% gratuity to have separate checks. This is 2013 and most people do NOT carry cash. This is a practice that is severely out of date and almost ensures that it will always be 20%. It is all of our belief, that this caused our waitress to neglect us as she knew she would make a big tip regardless of her service.
Also, the $1.00 "live entertainment fee" is by far the most intrusive way in to your customers wallets. You are providing that, unasked by your patrons. Do the Dallas Mavericks charge for a half time show? No. And, the fact that she goes around for tips to be placed in her waist band, represents a STRIPPER in America. There are children in your establishment that is FAMILY friendly. Maybe a tip jar on the dance floor would be more of a children's environment…..
Now to the food. Everything tasted wonderful but everything was warm at best. As long as we waited for our food (1 entire hour, and people around us were sat, fed and gone by the time we received ours) it should come out hot and fresh. The chicken was dry and the kabobs should have more than 2-2.5 ounces of meat. You are charging $15.00-$24.00 dollars for meals that are unsatisfying. My friend ordered the beef kabobs and she had more food than the $24.00 plate I ordered. This is unprofessional and unethical. I understand that there is an "assortment" of meats and in MOST restaurants the combination plates are charged $4.00 more at most. I have never been so mad in my life, and in the time we waited for our food we were all starving and I didn't want to wait another hour for food.
If you read your reviews on Yelp and other places, the customers pretty much state what I am saying to you. You need to stop price gauging your customers and take a look at your staff. Your restaurant was never even full on a Saturday night. That speaks volumes.
Better staff+lower prices (or bigger food portions)+free entertainment=SUCCESS.
I would like a response to this email. I suggest this email is really taken whole heartedly because this concept is rare in North TX and you could really shine.

Provided by YP.comI made a reservation online..never got a confirmation so had to call in and of course they did NOT have my reservation. So got that done. Got to the restaurant with my coupon for a free appetizer, which they offered in exchange for me signing up on their email list. Was informed that there would be NO ordering from the menu, buffet only. That was not posted anywhere, nor mentioned when I made the reservation! AND to add salt to that wound, they had the nerve to add a 20% gratuity for a lousy buffet!!!! I was livid by the time I got out of that hole and will NEVER be returning. Just don't understand how they have gotten any good reviews. :P

Provided by YP.comThe variety and quality of food are great. Both the lunch buffet and Saturday menu items are good. The mousaka, hummus, and homemade cheese are good. The meats are sometimes too dry and should be rotated sooner. The parking area is skimpy.

Provided by SuperpagesBuffet has a large selection of salads, soups, mains, and dessert. The bread is excellent when you dip with selections from the salad section. Roasted chicken is moist and flavorful. Price is very reasonable.

Provided by SuperpagesThe service was mediocre, we caught the last couple of minutes of a show and they charged us 2 dollars for an entertainment fee. The food was bland and the portion was a bowl and not a very large one...for 13$ you'd expect a little bigger portion. All in all, it was alright...but won't be going there again.
