Buzz Fence earned 5 stars! I just had Buzz Fence replace fencing at my current home. It is beautiful, was completed on time and at the quoted price. I know it is quality and will last because I had Buzz install a fence for me at my previous home and was extremely satisfied then, as I am now. No reason to look elsewhere for quality fence installation in Fort Worth.

Excellent job Buzz Fence! Our experience with BF has been very positive. Everyone i spoke with was very helpful & professional from the beginning of the project to completion. Were willing to review our project & offer suggestions (which we went with.) Very open to & willing to answer all questions & concerns. Worked with & around our schedule as needed.

Buzz built steps and a fireplace on our back patio. They did a great job of interpreting my ideas and the photos I had collected from magazines and turning them into reality. Their stone masons did a beautiful job on the fireplace. We also installed handrails on some existing steps. There were a few things that were not to my liking and had to be redone during the process but they were willing to make the changes to get it right. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent Service! I have used Buzz before and will use in the future. They were out here within a day with an estimate and came on the day and in the time they said they would be here. The work was done quickly (and in triple digit weather) and a great job. We had a cedar fence and gate put in and are very pleased with the results as well as the cost.

We had one company come out and bid us with the city regulated steel posted 2x4 treated rails a cedar pickets and told us we needed a permit. Buzz came out bid us $500 less with same items but when the city came by they said no permit was pulled and they installed white wood and not the cedar.

Expensive repair but probably would have been with competitors too. Good job, other than scheduling issues. My appointment was scheduled for "after noon" and the repairman showed up at 7:30 as I was about to leave for the gym. He said he wasn't told what time to be here. Better early than late or not at all, though!

IT IS 4-9-12 BUZZ FENCE CALLED ME SAID THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT AGAIN TODAY AFTER I CANCELLED MY AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS. NOW THEY WANT TO COME OUT TOMORROW SO I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER AFTERNOON OFF TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK.

I have had my vinyl fence for over a year now and it does look nice, but a lot of the panels are bowing and I do not know how much more they will bow. I was told Buzz would do whatever it takes to make things right. A Buzz fence rep came out a long time ago and said they would do a survey on the situation.... I haven't heard from them since.



Last week I was called by the general manager and told that I would be contacted by Monday (Yesterday) about the bowing of my fence. I emphasized how nobody likes to be ignored in a very professional and business like attitude. Well Mr.Gil I feel like I am being ignored again.

They were so helpful and fast! Easiest project we've ever done.

They did a great job fixing my gate. Freddy the installer was polite and did the repair quickly. He was sorry for the mix up on scheduling but told me to call him if I had any problems. I would recommend Buzz fence to my friends!

Buzz Custom Fence was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing our fence. It turns out that they were the ones who installed the original fence 16 years ago, which was very reassuring. They clearly did quality work back then, and it seems that tradition is continuing.

We are very satisfied with our fence. The work is exactly as we ordered and we have already had several good comments about it. We reaally like the way the gates are made as they are so much stronger than the old ones. We recommend BUZZ fence to all out there.

Buzz Fence was honest, on time, polite, and worked with me to get a new motor installed on my iron gate. They even checked the warranty even though they were not the initial installing company.

Buzz Fence did an excellent job preparing the initial sketches for my fences and gates and delivering a high quality product. Our sales representative provided input on design, color and finish, as well as advice on pricing. The finished product was well designed and I'm inpressed with the quality and weight of the gates. They are just as shown in the sketches - no surprises here. There were even a few design additions completed on site with no problem. You will get a great finished product and you will be pleased if you choose Buzz Fence.

These guys do excellent work. First, a knowledgable company representative will meet with you at your home. He explains the possibilities and options available. The Rep gives you an estimate (accurate) before leaving and then delivers a contract listing the work to be performed with the cost to customer. If you agree, you sign it and set up the time the work is to start. After the job begins, you hardly realize there is anyone there. They do everything promised and remove ALL the old fence and parts. They really leave the worksite amazingly clean. The best part is the AWESOME fence they built ... A masterpeice. What else could you ask for? I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants high quality materials, great workmanship and reasonable prices. The quality of company personel is top notch also.
