I had a brand new freezer that had problems after several phone calls. .They were the lucky ones that was sent out for the warranty ...The lady in the office was very nice and polite called me when she said would ..when they got the parts in they called me and the installer was on time and very friendly..will highly recommended them to friends and famiy

My warranty company sent Buxton's out to repair my Samsung fridge. For some reason it all of a sudden started resetting itself several time a day. Buxton's came out the first time and replaced a part. They came again and replaced a different part. The next time they came the guy just turned the sound off so we would not hear it reset - in my opinion this is unethical. They could not find the problem so they tried to hide it. When I discovered the problem I called again and they scheduled an appointment and never showed up. I called 2x that day because we waited for them and each time I was told Mr. Buxton was on a call and would call right back - no call back. They told my warranty co there is NOTHING wrong with my fridge at all (it is just restarting ever 20 mins because there is nothing wrong with it at all!). This company does not know how to repair smart appliances. If you have a smart appliance such as Samsung or LG do NOT call Buxton's! I can't speak about a normal fridge.

I had an issue with a Samsung was. Originally I tried to repair it, but things didn't go add planned. Turned out to be a quarter blocking and preventing the machine from draining. The techance was able to fix it and get me back up and running. Office staff was good, called when the said they would. My experience was good. I will use them again.

Pretty bad customer service

They came on a saturday to repair my refrigerator, instructed me to unplug it and said they would arrive Monday to repair (something really simple)

Nobody arrived Monday. nobody called back. They were pretty much unapologetic and firm in their decision not to arrive the day they were supposed to

Very pleased with the tech who came to fix the fridge. Found the problem right away, explained why it wasn't working and fixed it quickly. Also found a few other issues and fixed and diagnosed them. Tech was polite, curious and knowledgable. Excellent work and price.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from this company. They have fixed several things for me, including a dryer element, and a problem with my oven. Today they were out to look at a problem with my dishwasher. It's only 14 months old and I was mad it wasn't working correctly (especially because the warranty was only 12 months). He knew exactly what was wrong - a poorly engineered part on this particular model. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer even though it was out of warranty and see if they would send me the $200 part anyway because they had already redesigned the replacement part because it had had so many problems. He could easily have just sold me the part, and taken my $200 and I would have never have been any wiser. I called the manufacturer and they are sending me the part for free. I will call these guys EVERY TIME I need an appliance repaired.

Never again!

We requested Buxton's Appliance to fix our dryer. The repairmen came out on a Friday and claimed to fix the problem. Later that day, the dryer was hot to touch, although we had not used it. The repairman came out the following day and said he fixed the problem, but it could also be part of another problem, but he was not sure. So, I'm out $200 in repairs and a dryer that still did not work. I called their office to speak to a manager. I was informed the owner was not in, but she would call me back as soon as she arrived back in the office. I never received a return call. I'd recommend trying another company before you call these folks.

We called Buxtons after finding them in the VZ print yellow pages after our refrigerator broke. They came in and replaced a circuit board and got it working again. Less than a month later, it stopped working again. We contacted Buxtons and they fit us in THAT same day and when the person arrived he told us that it was one of two things: either a part costing $80 or the compressor. He was willing to try the $80 part and if it worked, he wouldn't charge us labor for it and if it didn't he'd remove the part and not charge us for the call. Well it didn't work and he did exactly what he said. On top of not charging us, he gave us some insight, based on his experience on what fridges seemed to be better than others. This company is fair, honest and dedicated to their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Fort Worth area who needs an appliance repaired!!!

We had a refridgerator break a few yrs ago and just called him out of the phone book. He was very honest and fair. He also told me how to fix my dishwasher that was also needing repair. We fixed it ourselves with his help. Very nice man. Need him again right now is a matter of fact.

Great service!

Very friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Scheduled appointment to meet my time constraints. Explained to us what the potention problems could be and the problem with my refrigerator was diagnosed and the part replaced within 15 minutes. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!
