I called and the guy was extremely rude and didn’t even care to sell me anything. Told me I’d have to come look if I wanted a part and then when I asked how much the part would be, he told me I’d have to talk to someone else but was unwilling to transfer me to them. I told him “man, I don’t even know if I want to come up there now”. He replies “probably not”. Won’t ever do business with them now

You'd be crazy if you didn't call Burrow's first. Then you could waste your time calling everyone else to compare like I did or just use Burrow's knowing you can't do better. (I know I sound like they paid me to say this but they didn't). It's just that they are courteous, friendly, fast, and will give you the best price for the part. They know what they're doing!

I called them and they did not have what I needed BUT they referred me to a place that did and supplied me with their phone number. That's service!

Called for a part. Very frendly gentlemen answered and said he didn't have that particular part, but if that was all I needed "So-In-So" sells them real cheap! Was very helpful and friendly.
