I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and got half a slice of cheese and half a slice of bacon on each i have never seen a location make a burger soo cheaply its ridiculous i pay 1.99 a peice i expect my moneys worth dont know if ill eat there again

I recently disputed an issue with this Burger King with our order. I have to say, that my husband & I were very impressed with how the manager Judy, handling our problem. Judy was very professional we were left satisfied. The next time we entered B.K. we were greeted and welcomed by a nice gentleman named Darrell. We found all the staff to smile and greet you. The place was clean when we walked in, so no complaints here. I like a place that makes us feel welcomed. Great job to the staff of Burger King and their manager Judy! :)

I'm very satisfied with the staff (how I was treated) & the clean Franchise Restaurant. though food was a little slow I was still satisfied for if food comes slow it means you are getting a very fresh product. Money well spent.I've come to this restaurant for a while now & I must say I am well treated every single time. first I had gone to the Burger King Franchise restaurant in Arlington Located by cooper & I-30, I was not satisfied with the enviromental status there.. it is dirty, bad customer service, food was bad (cold & hard), I strongly do not recommend that restaurant,I quickly left & searched in my Gps for a close by Burger King Restaurant for I am a Burger King food fan.. I love it... anyways I found Eastchase restaurant & since that day I am a regular customer there.

Would not recommend and will not return. Service was beyond slow and play area for kids had a huge spill in doorway. We had to wait to order until the only person on the front went to finally clean it up. I didn't get to order for 10 min and it took atleast that long to get my food. The employees were nice and courteous. It they need more help.

Omg! I'm not satisfied at all went to get some food my order was not correct and then they had the never not to give me fresh food my lettuce was brown my onion rings were hard and very cold, my grand children didn't even eat their food the tenders where hard his cheese burger suppose to have been plain it had everything on it, I actually wasted $20.09 and the lady didn't even give me my receipt. I've been trying to call and wouldn't you know there's no answer.
