This apartment is a poor choice. The manager is incompetent and does not look out for the residents. Everything is unprofessional, and the staff tend to be untruthful in many aspects to cover themselves. RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, you will not be safe and the staff makes sure they leave before dark.

The maintenance crew at The Brentwood do a great job of keeping everything nice and clean. The office staff is also very helpful and courteous. There are changes being made here for the better.

I feel so lucky to have come across an apartment that is big, and remodeled like new with this price! You can tell that management cares about the property and those of us who live here. Thanks Brentwood, keep up the good work!
