Came to doctor's with both knees hurting. We tried steroid shots, which relief was minimal. Then, gel shots, which worked well for a medium range of time. Doctor suggested stem cell replacement and physical therapy. Both of which a have worked very well. I appreciated the doctor's knowledge and skill. I feel this approach to my pain was the answer.

Dr. Meyers is great. He is a good listener and involves his patient in their care.

He listened to me, examined and quickly diagnosed me with tendinitis of my ankle.
we agreed to a plan of treatment. It worked and within two weeks of physical therapy I was 90% improved!!!

Good clear explaination, what was wrong, what my options were. At first I tried shots which helped but only lasted 5 months or so. After doing this I wanted to know what more could be done. At age 54, I had stem cells and PRP to my knee. Before the procedures, I had significant pain that interfered with sleep and limited range of motion. I walked with a limp and was not enjoying my usual very active lifestyle. Post-stem cell therapy, my pain was 75 -80% better after only two weeks recovery time. After PRP my pain relief was 100%. Have seen Dr. Myers over the years for various issues and have always received excellent care. It is so helpful that he see patients when their problems start and has non-invasive options for care, but will refer patients for surgery if needed. Having cutting edge options is important.
