Provided by YP.comI went here on my scheduled day to donate plasma [on Easter day]. I walked in 45 minutes prior to Biomat Grifols closing and they turned me around stating my protein level was too low, which was not even tested. Now, I had donated two days prior to this visit and my plasma was fine because I was able to donate. Staff and management at this location is similar to Talecris and CSL-unprofessional and unfriendly. Also, this location cheats you out of the extra bonuses they offer. So just be aware if you prefer this donation center.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is a joke. They never bother to make it known to the donors when they randomly deduct money from donations. Horrible management. Its always a guess as to how much they are paying me for my donation. Like why not just keep it the same amounts all the time rather than take from the small amount the donors are already getting.

Provided by YPmobilethis place is a big time joke..i get better customer service from thier competition..they dont treat thier customers like customers..they treat you like your a bother to them.last time i was there, they wanted me to sign in on thier computer and they didnt have something set up right to where i could..i mean geeeez..if iam such a bother ill GLADLY take my PLASMA somewhere else becouse i can donate anywhere i want..dont waste your time going here..go to one of the other plasma centers.

Provided by YPmobileI'd rate them NO STARS but it won't let you. This is a ridiculously disorganized business. Hours and hours of waiting, despite their "2 hour" estimate. They are rude and uncaring and seem to have no real excuse for their failures - they just shrug their shoulders. I don't know if all plasma donation centers are about the same, but with BioMat it's just not worth the effort for $50 - you'll end up making way less than minimum wage! Might as well try panhandling.

Provided by YPmobileI have donated at several places and staff has been horrible but at biomat they are very nice. The service may not be as fast as some but they treat you witj respect so its worth the little extra wait
