The service was awful, my daughter had her ends trimmed and micros!!! Poor job, braids are coming out after 1 week!!! My daughter speaks French fluently, when I said something to them in a polite way about her hair they said I was ghetto and they should have cut off her hair. One said that my daughter was annouying her because she kept moving!!! My daughter is not a child a teenager has had micros plenty of times and was completely stil!!!! I never write ratings, but the way my daughter felt as they talked about her and I, and the outcome of her hair deserves to be told!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Got a sew in she asked me to pick the style I did and when she was finished looked like my 11yr old done it. I paid to much money for the hair plus labor so I was not about to take it back out. I was and still am very upset. They staff was ok could have been a little more customer friendly though. I wouldn't recommend them for sew ins maybe kinkys or micros. I however will not use them again. Catch me at "The Hair Trap"
