They had pretty great rent rates compared to most others I searched for. The office staff was friendly and prompt to fix whatever was requested. Once I locked myself out and they were unavailable but a courtesy officer stayed with me till I could get them to open it as soon as they opened in the morning. I was kind of upset that the doors were made to lock from behind but not supposed to 'cos you won't be able to open them with the key from outside if you did! Learned my lesson though.The apartment I got was pretty good space for the price; felt like I was living in a two-bedroom apartment space but it was a big bed and bath - gotta love them cos they're real texans lol.

I moved in on a special of free washer and dryer. My deposit was $150. It took a week to get a broken washer/dryer stackable and another week and a half to get a replacement. The replacement is also broken. Now I've been getting the run around when trying to purchase my own, but deduct it from my rent. They're not reliable or professional. Had I of known this before moving in on May 26, 2006, I wouldn't have gone anywhere near them.
