I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing several times. The last time I used them, they installed a Halo - which I highly recommend any homeowner getting! The office staff is genuinely concerned about the issues and do everything they can to accommodate my schedule. The plumbers know exactly what they are doing, give you options and they explain every detail of the work to do be done! OHHH and they actually clean up after themselves... like they were never even there! I will continue using Ben Franklin Plumbing and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out of Arlington several times in the last 6 years and will continue using them. They even know who I am when I call in....how is that for customer service! The plumbers have always done a great job and the warranties are the best in the business. Highly recommend.

Even though I have never really needed a plumber before but once I did need one, I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and I was able to get an appointment right away. The sent the plumber when they said they would and he showed up promptly. He was vert courteous and my experience was so wonderful that there is to much to say. I have nothing but the best things to say about Ben Franklin Plumbing. Thank you very much for all your help.

I have never needed a plumber before, so I was a little wary about calling one when my water heater stopped producing hot water. From the moment the phone was answered to when the plumber drove away I was impressed! The call was answered by someone who booked my appointment for the same day, and once the plumber came out, the whole job was done in just a few hours. They cleaned up before they left, and it looked like they were never there. The plumber did end up having to replace my heater (it was 22 years old), but I got a new one at a fair price, and I was especially impressed with the warranty they put on it. It was something that could have been a long drawn out process, and they made sure it went smooth from beginning to end. Awesome company, and I highly recommend them.

I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing every since I moved into my home 10 years ago. I have had a water heater replaced, a water filtration and may smaller repairs over the years. from the staff in the office to the plumbers that they send out, I have always been happy. I have referred this company to many friends and family over the years. I hope I don't have any plumbing needs in the near future but if I do, I will call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for sure!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Arlington, TX has been a godsend to us! We bought a home that was built in the mid-80's. The previous owners had lived here for 16 years and did not stay on top of the maintenance! We had serious issues with the flange on one of the toilets being broken, and also issues with the water heater. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing let us know that as part of the standard real estate inspection, checking the main drain as well as doing a pressure test was not included. Ben Franklin Plumbing checked both of these and at least there were no issues there! We also had fixtures in the main bathroom that needed replaced, and they did an excellent job there as well! Ben Franklin Plumbing in Arlington is the best plumbing company we've dealt with after living in 3 other states as well as multiple cities in Texas. They deliver on time service, with up-front competitive pricing, and leave your home as clean as they found it! Thank you for a job well done!

Was told I had roots in my pipes cuz of tree in front of my yard $7000 to remove and replace my pipes but my pipes are in my backyard even nrh water department told me I was right
